Dough maker wanted in Pankshin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Pankshin, Plateau State. The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Six days a week, one day off.
