Bread baker wanted in Ingawa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Ingawa, Katsina State. The job is at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
