Blocklayer wanted in Ahiazu-Mbaise

Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Ahiazu-Mbaise, Imo State. The job is on a commercial construction site. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Day-to-day duties: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
