Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in South Goa, Goa. You should bring able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; food hygiene / HACCP certificate. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
