Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Binji, Sokoto State. The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
