Scullery hand wanted in Obanliku

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Obanliku, Cross River State. Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
