Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
