Bakery assistant wanted in Zango

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Zango, Katsina State. On a typical shift you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends.
