Now hiring: we are hiring a lathe operator in Kaga, Borno State. The role involves measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
