What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench You will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection.
