Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Nottingham, England. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) We offer £2,950 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
