Kitchen steward wanted in Bauchi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bauchi, Bauchi State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
