Immediate opening: meat trimmer (Niger State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Mariga, Niger State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Six days a week, one day off.
