Oven operator wanted in Yakima County

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Yakima County, Washington. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
