You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
