We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Hamilton County, Florida. The role involves: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
