We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Jackson County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
