Oven operator wanted in Karaye

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Karaye, Kano State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
