Cook wanted in Duval County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Duval County, Texas. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Overtime paid at a premium rate.
