On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
