Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Dodge County, Nebraska. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
