Grill cook wanted in Agwara

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Agwara, Niger State. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
