What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
