Great opportunity: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Jay County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Current medical and eyesight certificate Day to day you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
