Join our team: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Jackson County, Missouri. The job is on a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
