Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Aleiro, Kebbi State. You will work in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
