Now hiring: we are hiring a meat cutter in Yabo, Sokoto State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
