Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Babura, Jigawa State. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around ₦265,000 per month, based on your experience.
