Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in Dan Musa, Katsina State. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. On the job you will handle: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 6+ years on the tools preferred.
