Short order cook • Girei, Adamawa State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Girei, Adamawa State. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
