Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
