Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Wagoner County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Wagoner County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. On a typical shift you will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Overtime paid at a premium rate.
