Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Huron County, Ohio. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
