Urgent requirement: we are hiring a body shop technician in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports The role involves buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
