Line cook — Oturkpo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Oturkpo, Benue State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
