Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Eddy County, New Mexico. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
