Sausage maker • Gwer West, Benue State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Gwer West, Benue State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
