Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. £1,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
