Urgent requirement: deboner (New Jersey)

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
