Short order cook • Hadejia, Jigawa State

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Hadejia, Jigawa State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Pay around ₦1,500 per hour, based on your experience.
