Finishing presser wanted in Orhionmwon

Now hiring: we are hiring a finishing presser in Orhionmwon, Edo. You will be based at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Full-time with occasional weekends.
