Tandoor cook wanted in Henry County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Henry County, Georgia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time, day shift.
