Grill cook • Ganjuwa, Bauchi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Ganjuwa, Bauchi State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦12,000 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
