Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Illinois)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Pulaski County, Illinois. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
