Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Day to day you will backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; refuel the machine and record running hours.
