Counter butcher • Bukkuyum, Zamfara State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Bukkuyum, Zamfara State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day ₦13,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
