Requirements: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Your main tasks: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
