Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
