Canteen cook wanted in Mushin

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Mushin, Lagos State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
