Estate gardener — Roscommon County

Join our team: we are hiring an estate gardener in Roscommon County, Michigan. You will work in a public park. On the job you will handle: • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs Ideal candidate: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
